I live in the small town of Haddonfield, NJ. I am at an age in my life when I seem to spend time thinking and musing about life. These musings are usually stimulated by my walks through Haddonfield, my reading of books and fellow bloggers, and my interaction with my group of fabulous family and friends.
My heart longs for it too in my part of the country. Though I must say, the trees and flowers are blossoming so beautifully. It’s incredibly lush and green.
It is funny, Bernadette, how it is different in different places. We got rain this week and I was soooooo happy. We have droughts and horrible hot weather here.
Wouldnโt it be wonderful if it rained at night and the sun shone all day …. I suppose one would become immune and lose that gratitude we feel when it has rained and rained and then the sun pokes through and magically we all smile a collective smile and peoples steps become less heavy. I hope your place is as sunshiny as mine is today ๐
Beautiful photos.
Instead of tears from the sky
your want the smile.

Bernadette, I am hoping for a bit of picture 1. Time for a cooling shower here in central Texas.

Sunshine finally today but I feel like I am covered in mold. I hope the rain comes your way.

Isn’t that the truth. I always say that is why there is vanilla and chocolate.

I, too, don’t like the rainy weather. But, in drought-ridden California, we need the rain.
