We have walked our paths a long time and have a lot to offer. Come and reveal your artistic vision.
The SENIOR SALON is dedicated to showcasing the talents of the post 9 to 5 generation. The generation who finally has time to get in touch with the right side of their brain. The SENIOR SALON features art, music, writing, poetry, photography, creative cooking, creative fashion, and anything else that you can dream up. Allow YOUR muse to guide you into a new creative endeavor or enhance an existing creative endeavor.
It is my pleasure to invite you once again to link your blog to mine today and reveal your artistic creations in any field: fiction writing, nonfiction, poetry, photography, painting, pottery, cooking.
In the true spirit of a salon, take this opportunity to widen your circle of blogging friends by reading some new posts along with the tried and true that you have come to love.
I want to mention to anyone who is reading this, that you do not need an special invitation from me to participate. If you have a little silver in your hair, please feel free to add your link and join in the fun.
After linking to this blog, in the true spirit of a salon, please take the time to read someone else’s blog and comment and offer encouragement on their artistic endeavors.

Hi Bernadette, it’s Cathi from “Over the Hill on the Yellow Brick Road.” I tried adding my link to the Senior Salon this morning (Monday 8:35 a.m. eastern standard time). I’m not sure it went through properly. Can you please help and let me know what I might have done incorrectly? Thanks so much! And thanks for the salon!

Cathi, I am flummoxed as to how to direct you further. I see that you were not successful. At the bottom of the page is an icon to click to add your post. You just need to add the basic information that is requested and then your link will appear. You do have to add the specific information regarding the URL for the post that you wish to add. Perhaps that was the problem?

Hi Bernadette, if I try again and I’m successful, are you able to delete the unsuccessful attempt on your end? I don’t want to make a mess of your site.

Hold it. I was just able to delete the unsuccessful attempt on my end. You don’t have to worry about that. In order to join the salon, do I have to join InLinkz first? You know, sign up for it? Or is that not necessary? So sorry to bother you with this.

Cathi, you don’t need any kind of membership. It will work out and then you will become a regular

I’m wondering if the problem is the name of the link can be no more than 50 characters? My titles are long. Might that be the problem? I see the number “50” beside the link name box.

Hi Bernadette, I think I figured out how to post on the Senior Salon correctly. My blog is up there. One more question: when I scroll across the options at the bottom of the image, it gives the option to delete the post. Is that just showing on my end? If you don’t know, it’s fine. No worries. Thanks again for your help.

Cathi, I leave everyone the option to drop out if they feel it is necessary.
