A fun post about woman’s best friend.

My turn to blog again – yippee!
Tink here – and no jokes about yippy little dogs, okay?
I am trying to convince Mom to let me guest blog on more regular days – so help me out here and tell her you always love my posts(even if you actually like all that boring stuff she blogs about, okay?)
I mean what could be BETTER for mental health than cuddling up with an adorable dog who loves you bunches? What could be more fun than a game of frisbee or fetch? You have to admit that a walk in nature is a lot better when you take us along, right? WE find things you don’t even notice.
Did you know we’re co-evolved?

I’m sitting on my sofa with The Bean (my tiny dog) snugged up next to me. Without her, I would not be sitting anywhere at all. She was and is my greatest helpmeet (she would prefer Help Meat) and I wish every other doggie owner and doggie a happy National Dog Day. Let it be the start of the end of all cruelty to dogs and all their other 4 legged compatriots.

I don’t have a dog now, although my children grew up having and loving dogs. It is an important life experience! Tink is adorable!

Dogs are awesome and most deserving of a dedicated day.

Tink is similar to my Jazz. She does Yelp bit, thinking that the more she barks folks will think she is bigger than her 6 pounds. Chili, my other doglet, is a bit larger, and is old (17) and worries not what people think of her.

For 13 years my best friend was Henry, our golden. I still miss him every day but his spirit is still with me, always!!
