Revealing the beauty and truth of life through the eyes of our elders.

Welcome back to the Senior Salon. I am so excited about the huge amount of talent that has come together in 22 short weeks. It is my pleasure to invite you once again to link your blog to mine today and reveal your artistic creations in any field: fiction writing, nonfiction, poetry, photography, painting, pottery, cooking.

After linking to this blog, in the true spirit of a salon, please take the time to read someone else’s blog and comment and offer encouragement on their artistic endeavors.

We have walked our paths a long time and have a lot to offer. Come and reveal your artistic vision.

Below you will find the button to link your blog. Just tap on this button to link your blog. After tapping you will be led to a page with a few things to fill out and then a snapshot of your blog will appear on this page for anyone to tap onto and read. THIS LINK WILL CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT ON MONDAY.

About Bernadette

I live in the small town of Haddonfield, NJ. I am at an age in my life when I seem to spend time thinking and musing about life. These musings are usually stimulated by my walks through Haddonfield, my reading of books and fellow bloggers, and my interaction with my group of fabulous family and friends.

  1. Hi Bernadette, I think that when you created Senior Salon you were hosting a chance for a community to grow (seems to me what you are all about!). At the last Senior Salon Jodie’s Touch of Style posted about “blog friends” and posed the question, “What makes someone a friend.”  I have been thinking about that all week because of a couple of things that happened, researching (as I always do) and developing a blog I probably will post tomorrow and connect to the next Salon. I am trying to check that this is ok with you, and wanting to know if I can cite Senior Salon as one of the origins of my thought?  I emailed Jodie as well, and won’t name either of you without your direct permission. I hope this is ok…I am going in my own direction with the thought about friends and why we need them based on the concept of “tribes”in sociology as a basic human need. Let me know if I can give Senior Salon credit! Thanks,  Jo
