THOUGHTS ON THURSDAY – HAPPY IS SHE WHO PERFORMS A GOOD DEED

happyfinal

Tomorrow I will tell you about Dr. Joan Gault who tipped the scales for good in our little town of Haddonfield, NJ.

About Bernadette

I live in the small town of Haddonfield, NJ. I am at an age in my life when I seem to spend time thinking and musing about life. These musings are usually stimulated by my walks through Haddonfield, my reading of books and fellow bloggers, and my interaction with my group of fabulous family and friends.

I was one of Dr. Gault’s peers when teaching physiology at Temple School of Medicine in the early 1970’s, and she and Dr. Catherine Michie were two outstanding women in our academic department under Dr. Oppenheimer. I feel very lucky to have been there at that time, and Joan was a special person and a wonderful professor in our department. Best regards, and I am sad to hear of her passing. Loren G.
