SPRING SNOW

Yesterday was the first day of Spring.  Cruelly those of us who live in New Jersey woke up to another snow storm.  It has been a hard winter this year and the thoughts of putting on boots, gloves and getting out scrapers and shovels put everyone, including me, into an extremely bad mood.

Finally somewhere during the day, I finally took the time to look at the snow and inhale into my soul its beauty.  I was reading about Bach (whose birthday it is today) and to paraphrase a quote from him:  When you hit the right key at the right time, God creates beauty.  And God did create beauty yesterday.  Here are some of the photographs I took of the beauty yesterday to share with you.

Wishing you a weekend filled with beauty,

Bernadette

About Bernadette

I live in the small town of Haddonfield, NJ. I am at an age in my life when I seem to spend time thinking and musing about life. These musings are usually stimulated by my walks through Haddonfield, my reading of books and fellow bloggers, and my interaction with my group of fabulous family and friends.
